Korean Samurai is the love-child of two popular Sydney restaurants, ‘Sylvia’s Wellbeing Kitchen’ and ‘The Sushi Cafe’, brought together by dedicated owner and chef, Sylvia Hwang. She combines her cultural knowledge of Korean cooking with a long-held passion for Japanese food to create a unique dining experience you won’t ever forget.
Tucked away in open-air Cremorne Plaza, we are a newly renovated restaurant with a modern, romantic feel that offers comfortable indoor seating as well as plenty of space outdoors. Customers can use the BBQ on the table, or leave it to Sylvia’s chefs to whip up delicious Japanese favourites like fresh Sushi, Sashimi, Teriyaki Chicken and Udon, or tantalizing Korean classics like Bulgogi, Bibimbap,Kimchi, and of course Korean BBQ.
Sylvia and her chefs are committed tousing only the freshest ingredients bought daily from local producers and markets across Sydney. They make all their own sauces too – not a single drop comes from a pre made bottle!
